Going Natural

Shirt: BCBG Pants; Thrift Shoes; ALDO 

This was the first time I've ever wore my hair natural in public and it felt great. Got some mixed responses but... who cares! I'm loving this transitioning process (some days) and cant wait to see the final product of it when its all natural.

This past week has basically been a roller coaster! School is over in about 20 more days and I'm beyond excited. I've been getting a lot of good news so i'm trying to focus on that. There is a lot of things to look forward to this summer which i'm excited about. Thank you guys for all the support in reading my blog and all the lovely comments!

I really like this outfit, even though it's so simple and easy to put together. I was gonna knot the sweater but i forgot. Getting up at 5 every morning takes a toll on you. Welp!

I actually liked my outfit today. Maybe it's the leather jacket I borrowed, I need one in my life. Sorry for the lack of posts I've been lazy busy being lazy. Never realized how dry i looked without any eye make-up.

I Started my new school on Wednesday. Prior to starting my new school i was so sad thinking about how i'll have to start all over with friends classes and everything, but it turned out to be just fine. As you can see we don't wear uniforms! Also, the school has a fashion club, journalism class, and fashion merchandising class which is great. I hope I will continue to enjoy it and maintain my good grades as the school year goes on. Maybe i'll even do an outfit post everyday, hmm...

Something New

Boy it suree has been awhile! I'm finally back home, although i did have a wonderful break spending time with the other side of my family. As soon as i got back home i lugged my tripod and camera to the room with white walls and began snapping pictures for about 90 minutes. 

As said in my previous post, a fall favorite of mine included Creepers, and i got them! I was so excited i couldn't wait to try them on. They are great because they keep my feet parallel to the ground. I'm waiting a few more weeks to debut them to the real world, but for now they are more than welcomed in cyberworld. 

As for my haeirr (Beyonce's voice in freakum dress), i love it. Looks great dontcha think? All it took was a few hours, patience, and bleach to get this look. Got many compliments so far on it. I also dyed it fuchsia after the bleach but my hair was not lifted enough.

I created a little mood board on some of the things I'm interested in this fall. Which includes:

• Over-sized Sweaters
• Color-blocking outfits
• Head-wraps
• Oxfords, Loafers, Creepers
• Asymmetrical Prints
• Layers
• Few neutral colors

I love the fact that it's fast approaching (I say this now, let's hope i don't start complaining). I'm starting to fall in love with Fall more and more every year because it gets so cold down here now and I'm finally getting used to layering outfits and walking in 3 ft snow and dry ice temperatures. Oh fall 

Bare With Meh

Geez there are no excuses for me abandoning my blog... expect for the fact that i started sophomore year of high school, had a earthquake and hurricane all in the same week. As for the other weeks, my camera is full and don't have my USB cord on me. But I've been taking pictures so i'll will post them as soon as possible.

But with this hectic week all I can do is thank God for keeping me and my family safe through these natural disasters, it definitely could've been worse.
